Kingsbury Drive Community Market, in the Latrobe University Carpark, is one of DVCS’s major fund raisers. Income from the market provides most of
the money for the operational costs of DVCS and enables us to offer the local community various areas of support and a free, confidential and high
quality information service.
The Kingsbury Drive Commmunity Market is held every Sunday between 9.00am and 1.00pm *except La Trobe University's Open Day Sunday 4th August 2019 and our Christmas Closure - (TBA).
Stall Holders sell a large variety of crafts, bric-a-brac, flowers, produce and plants. We now offer a delectable food aisle including bureks, hot jam donuts, mushroom burgers, salt n pepper calamari, dim sum and loads more.

To Book a Stall
To book a stall at the Kingsbury Drive Community Market contact DVCS on (03) 9435 8282 between 9.30am and 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
Please advise your name, telephone number, postcode and the product/s you will be selling. Also advise if you wish to hire a trestle table (see trestle table hire information below). You will need to have your credit card ready as we only accept this method of payment. (Note: no refund will be paid if a Stall Holder does not attend.)
You will be issued with a booking number and if you have never had a stall you will be asked to read the following information:
Casual Policies and Procedures - (updated September 2019)
Casual Stall and Insurance Form - (updated March 2019) - (This to be handed to the Market Manager on Market Day. NOTE: if this document is not signed and returned at every market access will be denied.) If you do not have access to a printer our Market Manager will have copies for you to sign on the day.
We only have a limited number of casual sites available and once these are allocated no further bookings will be taken.
Please note that there are no power or water facilities.

Due to the large demand for casual stalls in November and December there are no guarantees that all booking requests can be filled. New stallholders wishing to book a stall during November and December must apply directly to the Market Manager at and demonstrate that their products will enhance and compliment the offerings at the market leading in to Christmas. Other stallholders who have previously attended the market during the year will be allocated stalls on the same selection basis but will be able to be better considered having products already known by management. The overall aim will be to provide as varied and relevant a market mix as possible.
Trestle Table Hire
A limited number of trestle tables are available for hire at the market. When booking your site please advise our staff how many you wish to hire. Cost is $10 per table (payable at time of booking) with a $50 deposit per table payable on the day of the market i.e. 1 table = $50 deposit, 2 tables = $100, etc. Your deposit will be refunded when table is returned undamaged.
