Diamond Valley Gift Appeal

2020 DVCS Christmas Gift Appeal

The DVCS Gift Appeal aims to support vulnerable individuals and families at Christmas time, providing Hampers and  Toy Parcels for families doing it tough in the areas of Banyule and Nillumbik. We aim to support 250 families (with both appeals combined) 

​

This year we need toys suitable for boys and girls aged between 0 and 11 years and donations of money to purchase gift cards for children aged 12 to 16 years. Some popular toy ideas include Lego, bike accessories, craft, tea sets and dress-ups, colouring items, toy cars, dolls and sports equipment. Please note, we cannot accept soft or used toys.

To deliver this year’s gift appeals DVCS is collaborating with local councils and community organisations including Banyule City Council, 3081 Angels, Banyule Community Health, Banyule Support and information centre, Nillumbik Lions, Vines Baptist Church Eltham, and Eltham Rotary.
