-
Your Consent: Wherever possible and practical, we'll ask for your informed consent before taking or using your identifiable image in our publications. This includes our website, social media, newsletters, annual reports, and other promotional materials. We'll explain how your image might be used.
-
Your Choice to Opt-Out: We understand if you'd prefer not to be photographed or have your image published. If you're at a DVCS event where photos or videos might be taken, please tell a DVCS staff member or volunteer at the time if you don't wish to be included. We'll do our best to respect your request.

De-identified Images: Sometimes we use images where individuals aren't identifiable (e.g., blurred faces or general crowd shots). These are not considered personal information.
-
Children and Vulnerable Persons: We take extra care and require explicit consent from a parent or guardian before collecting or publishing images of children or other vulnerable individuals.
