DVCS Outreach Service – Hurstbridge Hub

We know that not everyone can make it to our main office in Greensborough, so we’re bringing our support services closer to you.

Our new Outreach Program is here to help residents in the Nillumbik area who are doing it tough.

What we can help with

If you live in Nillumbik, you can access a range of free support services, including:

  • Supermarket Vouchers – for food and grocery essentials

  • Food Parcels – a bag of basic non-perishable food items

  • Help with Health Care Prescriptions – to cover prescription medication costs

  • Op Shop Vouchers – for clothing and household items

  • Fuel Cards & PTV Day Passes – to help you get to appointments

  • Toiletries – when available (e.g. soap, deodorant, razors, toothbrushes)

  • Sanitary & Incontinence Products – for men and women

  • Information & Referrals – including legal support, financial counselling, Advocacy,  grant applications, utility relief, food access locations and more.

How to access this service
  • No appointment is needed, just drop in.

  • Please bring photo ID showing you live in the Nillumbik area.
