Headspace
Headspace Greensborough is a free mental health service for young people aged 12 – 25 years old. HeadSpace clinicians are experienced youth mental health professionals, social workers, mental health nurses, psychologists and occupational therapists. They can provide free one on one provide emotional support via email, phone or in person.
North East Mental Health Service
North East Area Mental Health Service (NEAMHS) provides general adult psychiatric services including assessment and treatment to patients over 16 years of age. Facilitates in the recovery of patients who are experiencing mental illness and provide care focusing on collaboration and support. Psychiatric triage (information, assessment and referral). Can provide urgent assessment and short-term intensive treatment to people in crises and can organise hospital admission if needed.

InTouch
Provides services, programs and responses to issues of family violence in migrant and refugee communities, which includes individual and family counselling and therapy. Interpreters on-site.
La Trobe University Psychology Clinic
The Psychology Clinic offers a range of services, including: Psychological Therapy, Child Behaviour Clinic, Neuropsychological Assessments and Management, The eNACT Clinic & Group Programs. Fees: $15 for psychology clinic sessions. More for assessments.
Suicide Line Victoria
SuicideLine Victoria is a 24/7 service that offers free professional phone and online crisis counselling with trained mental health professionals.
Lifeline
Lifeline provide 24/7 crisis support and suicide prevention services for those who are thinking about suicide or experiencing a personal crisis.
Suicide Call Back Service
Counsellors can do FREE over the phone suicide risk assessment, provide counselling support (6 free sessions with the same counsellor) for someone who is feeling suicidal or worried about someone who is suicidal or bereaved by suicide.
Beyond Blue
Provides mental health support over the phone for those experiencing anxiety, depression or thinking about suicide, and can assist in providing useful resources and referral to those needing assistance. They also have a number of online resources, including online chat forums and discussion groups (www.beyondblue.org.au) and an app you can download on your phone to create a safety plan for yourself. Interpreting service available.
Grief Line
Telephone, online and in person counselling services available to those who have been affected by grief.
