Safe Steps
Family Violence Response Centre is Victoria’s statewide response service for women, young people and children experiencing family violence. Provides 24/7 family violence response phone line, Risk assessments, Emergency accommodation, Pet accommodation, Safety planning, Emotional and material support & Counselling, Advocacy, Information and referrals, A specialist Safe House for women and children who are at high risk of being harmed or have complex needs.
1800 Respect
Confidential and phoneline information counselling and support for people impacted by sexual assault, domestic or family violence and abuse.
Northern and Western Child Protection
After hours Child Protection Emergency Service – 13 12 78 (5pm – 9am Monday to Friday, 24 hours on weekends and public holidays). A state-wide after-hours emergency service that receives new reports, as well as concerns for existing child protection clients who are considered to be at immediate risk and require urgent after-hours service.

Counselling support line and support, education, referrals and resources for the families and communities of adult survivors of childhood trauma.
In-Touch - Multicultural Centre Against Family Violence
Specialist family violence service that works with multicultural women, their families and their communities. Provides case management, training, conduct research, and run community-based projects in order to address the issue of family violence in the community.
